Meet the Founders

Daughters of Dental was founded by two sisters raised inside the dental world, learning in real time how to communicate, ask thoughtful questions, and show up confidently in professional spaces. They are not experts—they are learners, and that is the point.

This platform exists to learn by doing: through real conversations, meaningful interviews, and shared experiences. Daughters of Dental is their classroom, the dental community is their textbook, and every conversation is a lesson.

Co-Founder

Annabelle

Energetic, warm, and naturally engaging, bringing curiosity and genuine interest into every conversati1on. She’s especially drawn to what people love about their work, how confidence is built over time, and what makes a career meaningful—not just successful.

Through Daughters of Dental, Annabelle is learning how to speak confidently in new environments, ask thoughtful questions, and show up with professionalism and poise. She believes confidence grows by trying, learning, and showing up—even before you feel ready.

Co-Founder

Caroline

Thoughtful, curious, and deeply observant, she has a natural ability to listen, reflect, and ask questions that get to the heart of a story. She’s especially interested in people’s paths and turning points, the “why” behind career choices, and what it truly takes to build a meaningful, successful life.

Through Daughters of Dental, she is learning how to conduct thoughtful interviews, communicate with confidence and clarity, and show up professionally in adult spaces. She believes that everyone has a story worth telling—and that listening well is a powerful form of leadership.

Big ideas,

real impact.

They’re building skills most people don’t begin developing until much later—public speaking, professional communication, confidence in adult environments, and leadership through curiosity and conversation.

They’re not trying to become something overnight. They’re becoming something over time.
