Who we are

Daughters of Dental began with a simple observation:

“Most people don’t start building confidence, leadership, or a professional identity until their twenties.”

We believe that’s too late—because so many young women are already capable, thoughtful, and full of potential, yet rarely receive early exposure to real professional environments, real conversations, and real role models.

Daughters of Dental was created to change that.

This platform exists to give young women early access to:

Meaningful professional conversations
Mentorship through real stories
Experiences that build confidence, communication skills, and personal presence

Not through pressure.
Not through performance.

But through exposure, experience, and encouragement.

Our Mission

Daughters of Dental’s mission is to help raise a generation of confident, capable, and kind young women who know how to speak well, think well, and show up professionally — long before the world expects them to.

We bring this to life through interviews, conversations, storytelling, and real-world experiences inside the dental community.

This work is guided by the SmileForward™ mission — a commitment to moving the next generation (and the profession) forward through leadership, confidence, and early exposure.
